Katy McFadden brings experience in education, operations, and client support to her role on the client operations team at Values First. She began her career as a teacher and program director, then moved into the start-up world as director of operations, where she focused on streamlining processes and supporting growth. Today, Katy combines her organizational skills and passion for service to create a positive experience for clients.
Outside of work, Katy enjoys traveling, baking, and hosting friends and family. She and her husband love spending time around the firepit with their three dogs, and being active in their church community.
